After residency training in Psychiatry, she pursued further training in the field of Addiction Medicine. She is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and Addictionologist. She is privileged to be a member of the inaugural set in the whole world to become awarded a diplomat by American Board of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Oyebanjo-Popoola believes that as a man thinketh in his heart so is he and whatever a man believes he can do, he can do. Her philosophy has been that whatever affects your thinking affects your life, your relationships, your God given potential and ultimately your contributions to the society at large.

Prior to establishing this clinic, she was the Medical Director of a busy State owned Crisis Stabilization Unit (in West Georgia) and directly supervised the treatment of thousands of patients with mental illness and addictive disorders to get them back on track. She is a Certified Medical Review Officer, which confers on her expertise in drug testing at the workplace. She has also consulted in some legal cases that involved drug testing and the effect of drugs.

After years of working with the State Government, she decided to set up her own practice, where she can provide discreet recovery solutions, not just symptom mere symptom relief. She is one of the very few Psychiatrist who run blood work and other investigating test to get to the root of the problem. She wants to treat the whole person in a private and comfortable environment. Her main goal is to get them back on track, loving and living life to the fullest, optimizing their God given potentials!

Not only does she treat Psychiatry problems, she recently set up another addiction treatment program to assist people with dual diagnosis and addiction problems to get help in discreet and private environments.
